Pete has over twenty years experience in real estate sales and marketing in Southern California. He has always been a multi-million dollar producer and always one of the top sales agents in every office he has been associated with. Pete’s managers attribute much of Pete’s success in working with both buyer’s and seller’s to Pete’s patience, dedication, listening skills, hard work, professionalism and his ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients. Pete is a native of New Mexico. Pete graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Pete was working on his Master’s degree before moving to the Conejo Valley over 32 years ago.

Pete is married to Debbie, a former high school teacher. They have been married for 43 years. Debbie works full time with Pete in marketing and promoting Pete’s listings. Their many clients enjoy working with this wonderful team.
