Active in real estate since 1976 while working as the manager of an apartment building. Obtaining a real estate license in the late seventies. I relocated my family from San Jose
to Simi Valley in 1981.

My top priority has always been customer satisfaction. My focus is on helping buyers, sellers and investors with residential properties, I still manage rental properties as a service to the public. Other areas include working with clients who are in financially distressed situations, equestrian and estate properties, vacant land and IRS code 1031 exchanges. Additionally, I am committed to listening to the needs and goals of my clients and helping them achieve their goal.

Being business mind and goal oriented, I am involved in the communities where you and my family live. Throughout the years my community positions have included being President of both the Kiwanis Clubs of Simi Valley and Santa Susana. I have spent many years on the Boards of Directors for both Kiwanis organizations. I have been a member of the Chamber of Commerce, college fraternity, home owner’s association and on the Board of Directors for the local Association of Realtors. I am a home owner with the intent to help others become home owners.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from San Jose State University and credentials from the Real Estate Certificate Institute, Graduate Realtors Institute and various other organizations. I have years of membership as a Realtors, Multi-Million Dollar producer. This training coupled with years of experience and use of today’s technology have enhanced my ability to negotiate with lenders, escrow companies, and other real estate professionals to achieve a successfully closed transaction. I am ready to help you through the complexities and possibly unfamiliar requirements of today’s real estate market.
